We define the partnership around what will be made, how it will appear and what success means to both sides.
What does a proposal include?
The format, placement, timing, deliverables, approvals, fees and any exclusivity. Workshops, tool access, prizes and event involvement are specified when they are part of the collaboration.
Can we support creators with tools or credits?
Yes, tool access, credits, workshops and prize support can form part of a proposal. The type and amount of support, creator eligibility and any funding requirements are agreed together.
How is success measured?
We agree the measures before launch. Reporting can cover delivered placements, participation and available audience activity. Product usage can be included when the partner supplies reliable data. No reach or return is guaranteed.
Who controls judging and voting?
Competition rules, judging and televote results remain independently controlled by the production. Sponsorship does not buy influence over results.
What about rights and AI transparency?
Content usage, creator permissions and approval rights are defined in the agreement. AI-created work is identified openly. ALL IN and GENIRVA are development concepts, and their final scope is subject to agreement.
